/ ^6 t8 D5 \" H- D- `5 pThe Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience. ' y/ V- }" _8 Q

Job Responsibilities:
7 |* ^$ Q9 P( v* m/ I- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping. * n, o8 |; N h! Z1 S
- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
9 F5 C4 h" U$ R2 R9 V- Z- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.

- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods. 2 j+ i- s" J0 N

- Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.
