The Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience. $ h. N. p$ i  D* p* u

. h! ?& b; e8 X, p# OJob Responsibilities: 8 Q1 Y" _1 X4 [: \
- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping. # q7 s. T% t0 }' X, ^
- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered. ) {5 e; ?1 k0 X, r4 d* u% Y
- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers. ! x; ~+ [+ }7 u+ Q5 j2 t( F' k
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk
' q8 S/ |1 r0 N" }' f( s" {0 r- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.
