The Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience. ' v/ `* U+ I$ H, V( E

Job Responsibilities:
3 ]0 N0 B- ?' _6 q; U- X- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping. ! O0 u6 D9 P: L/ w! f% w" I% G1 H0 f
- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
8 h, S- ?- L( T. o v u- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
. i6 S- g( K) z0 q- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk
$ s2 ~' l- n) t. N- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.
# d6 V9 d* p0 B1 j* e) D3 J( D- Maintain daily production records.
/ K! U7 |! ]: y e+ A* H# |- Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.

Qualifications:
