Sushi Chef
Job Description
The Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

# X3 {3 ~. Y2 ]: I$ y' K3 l3 bJob Responsibilities:
  {, H  k; S' [, m- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping.
- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
* K8 `7 }  T# h# Y( Z5 A- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
- g/ N# W3 n6 q$ x+ H$ Y. H) e9 N- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk
- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.
8 U! p$ H, Q) o) M; I4 O0 W, P0 x- Maintain daily production records.
- Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.

Qualifications:

1 R, P' ]5 x0 X3 E/ P9 U- Ability to multi-task and work in a high paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends
- Likes dealing with people
- Ability to work in a team
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
