Professional Job:
  Growing business is looking for parts quote person with some bookkeeping responsibility.
) r5 X6 |( [" N( v- A% B, t   Job Responsibility:
- Look up parts in their in house computer system, and quote and process the sale of the parts to the customers.
# r# ]2 m; w0 }. H2 S; y- Provides service to customers either via telephone or in walk in person.
1 X* N, x  o9 T5 \# r* n, N- Prepare invoices and order for driver to deliver. Daily invoice bookkeeping at EOB.
7 b( q6 {4 H  f- Assist operation at request.
You must have:
8 j7 X& b+ F/ B6 p& R- Z- A Strong Auto Parts Background.
- Strong Knowledge of Computer Systems
% {  ?( T8 a! \6 L- Be able to deal with Customers on a day to day basis
- Ability to work in a challenging environment and to work under tight deadlines.
