Sushi Chef
Job Description
8 K& f1 T% T; BThe Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

" {8 _) g6 Q0 i8 FJob Responsibilities:
- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping.
- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
1 W& I0 X6 j9 g) M& w- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
  L8 g) H7 j4 ]- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk
* t$ S! E7 E$ T# u( ?* k$ v0 D- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.
: _) A4 Q) x/ o/ `3 r9 B& u- Maintain daily production records.
- Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.

- Effective English communication skills

- Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends
