Job Description
- V5 O' j, S6 {8 dThe Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
( i, C$ E# x- V  S5 Q( r4 @( u2 Z
Job Responsibilities:
- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping.
- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
9 d; ~4 C6 R& E. [- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk
' m  v% B3 \. w9 a% G" H# G& f2 K- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.
. |6 Y1 ^' y5 {5 e- N9 Y- Maintain daily production records.
2 z' Y/ S7 R9 Z" s4 v- Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.

- Effective English communication skills

- Ability to work in a team
