- Prepare charitable tax receipts for a large donor base2 f6 g' H2 B$ e; J# ?
- Assist with review and processing of vendor invoices, and employee expense reports0 u7 f$ f6 V- z1 ^( `6 a' V
- Ensure appropriate backups and approvals are in place in accordance with Plan International Canada procurement and travel policies
1 e! m) e- @( t# U) g- j- h/ h+ {1 ?- Support Accounts Payable Specialist with weekly cheque runs, EFT and wire payments Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders - p. [0 W5 c* {* _- u. ]5 t
- Coordinate invoicing information for Inter-company billing purposes to the finance team member responsible while ensuring that the information is complete and timely3 j( v0 b- G7 \ q/ z% Q
- Prepare balance sheet schedules for A/P accounts and reconcile to general ledger' v; N+ U9 x g) v1 c& T
- Other duties as assigned
