4 g; f) \% _7 Z% x. S8 `1 a0 H9 J- Prepare charitable tax receipts for a large donor base) V: i' m9 V2 P7 ^- e9 R
- Assist with review and processing of vendor invoices, and employee expense reports: N2 r' _, G6 o- s) ~7 b2 T. |
- Ensure appropriate backups and approvals are in place in accordance with Plan International Canada procurement and travel policies. J$ ]% v" P/ j9 @ m; r1 @
- Support Accounts Payable Specialist with weekly cheque runs, EFT and wire payments Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders p6 y# _3 f+ P! b
- Coordinate invoicing information for Inter-company billing purposes to the finance team member responsible while ensuring that the information is complete and timely
- H& U! `( C; y( R- Prepare balance sheet schedules for A/P accounts and reconcile to general ledger* f2 Y8 ^1 R/ U0 g1 R5 ^5 u
- Other duties as assigned
