! b, ^* }: Z; f2 }4 a2 ^+ L- Ensure projects and tasks are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality
- Create test plans and ensure quality assurance (QA) procedures are implemented; engaging in and/or managing alpha/beta testing for digital projects
- Manage project administration,
- Communicate changes in scope throughout project lifespan to stakeholders in a timely fashion
/ w7 R2 v0 Q5 |4 A6 D, `7 k: i$ v' M( G- Provide clear instructions and feedback to counterparts in creative services, editorial, and technical teams
4 j5 S& |" j; ^# h0 F4 K- Budget and scope new projects of varying size and scope
) @/ l! i6 d& `- w- Monitor scope and communicate changes to project stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track financially
- Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
