7 ?/ y9 V5 x. L4 B" w! c5 t) v- Assist with review and processing of vendor invoices, and employee expense reports
" r% E. g3 A4 r& M- d- Ensure appropriate backups and approvals are in place in accordance with Plan International Canada procurement and travel policies
" ^4 V! {8 F) C- Support Accounts Payable Specialist with weekly cheque runs, EFT and wire payments Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders }; P% ^ T5 t
- Coordinate invoicing information for Inter-company billing purposes to the finance team member responsible while ensuring that the information is complete and timely9 Q0 F* F3 J$ n ^* `
- Prepare balance sheet schedules for A/P accounts and reconcile to general ledger
