·Ensures responsive first line system support for: Internal Banking applications for Financial Planning, Commercial Account Manager, Equipment Financing Specialist, Group Consultant, Private Banking and International Private Banking Portfolio Tracking & Compensation System, Referrals Database. ?' \' P9 l; F) b, T7 K
·Develops backend data management processes using a variety of programming techniques /software which may include SQL, C#, stored procedures, scripting languages.
! o+ l* N# Q6 a9 d% B, t·Provides technical support to business partners on new initiatives which vary in scope and complexity.
+ S7 |8 Y# D; a' z0 V% [; ~4 a4 E·Assesses, researches, and analyzes stakeholders’ system needs, and translates and documents needs into technical requirements.Identifies, tracks, and resolves business systems issues.
