4 k( z6 r& W* Q% F- Create test plans and ensure quality assurance (QA) procedures are implemented; engaging in and/or managing alpha/beta testing for digital projects+ R& ^; S9 V# ~, Y2 m: c H
- Manage project administration,
$ C7 x, R6 t( i6 m4 J. |- Communicate changes in scope throughout project lifespan to stakeholders in a timely fashion
7 _, H' _- q2 o Y) G' p g- Provide clear instructions and feedback to counterparts in creative services, editorial, and technical teams
: W" `# b. \% {7 b N+ z* i0 k- Budget and scope new projects of varying size and scope& a* x" U2 ?3 I3 Q$ |& K
- Monitor scope and communicate changes to project stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track financially1 n. M+ b4 a: M( h: T4 _
- Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues8 W; {' d5 v) J/ n/ ^2 Z: r4 l, `
